We enjoyed a wonderful Sunday evening dinner at our friend's the Duckworth's house. They had a meal fit for kings and sent up home with tons of it, + some uncooked chicken to fry, I can't believe it, but I actually did it! I was able to make the same chicken and it tasted SO yummy!
Thanks Myra for the recipe, soak in buttermilk overnight, then eggs and flour (salt & peppered). That's it, if I can do it, anyone can.
