Zack's co-workers are a really fun bunch of women and I am so glad that I get to hang out with them through association! We had such a nice morning learning and making and visiting. And there were no kids under feet, which always makes for a peaceful time.
The tamales did not last long enough, none of ours made it to the freezer, maybe next time!

How fun! You know, I don't think I've ever even eaten a tamale? How pathetic am I?
They aren't my favorite, but the meat and sauces would be SO good in a burrito, and the fresh salsa we also made cannot be beaten!
